• Travel insurance providers

Jessica Nielsen Travel does not own, operate, control, or manage any supplier and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any third party.

Travel Advisory Disclaimer

Travel involves inherent risks that may include illness, injury, accidents, weather disruptions, transportation delays, governmental restrictions, political instability, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.

Clients are responsible for reviewing applicable travel advisories, health notices, destination requirements, and government guidance before departure. Jessica Nielsen Travel makes no guarantees regarding the safety, accessibility, suitability, or availability of any destination.

Supplier and Third-Party Provider Disclaimer

All travel products and services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Jessica Nielsen Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking facilitator. We shall not be liable for:

• Supplier insolvency
• Schedule changes or cancellations
• Delays or overbookings
• Service interruptions
• Personal injury or property loss
• Lost baggage
• Supplier negligence or bankruptcy

Booking Policies

Travel reservations are not considered confirmed until accepted by the supplier and payment has been successfully processed. Prices, availability, supplier policies, and promotions may change without notice until confirmed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, confirmations, invoices, and itineraries immediately upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies.

Payments and Fees

Certain services may require consultation fees, planning fees, deposits, supplier payments, or administrative fees. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable
• Planning fees are non-refundable
• Service fees are non-refundable
• Supplier charges are governed by supplier policies

Clients authorize approved payment processors to charge the payment method provided for authorized purchases and fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable supplier's policies. Jessica Nielsen Travel does not guarantee refunds for canceled reservations, unused travel arrangements, or interrupted travel.

Any supplier-approved refunds may require several weeks or months to process. Planning fees, consultation fees, and administrative fees are generally non-refundable.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical emergencies and emergency evacuation
• Travel delays
• Lost baggage
• Supplier insolvency

Clients who decline travel insurance assume responsibility for any resulting financial loss.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Reviewing travel documents
• Verifying booking details
• Meeting payment deadlines
• Understanding supplier requirements
• Following applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary travel documentation

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in cancellation, denied boarding, denied entry, or additional costs.

Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

• Valid passports
• Required visas and entry permits
• Vaccination documentation
• Customs documentation
• Travel authorizations
• Any destination-specific requirements

Jessica Nielsen Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, penalties, fines, or losses resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica Nielsen Consulting d/b/a Jessica Nielsen Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Travel disruptions or supplier actions
• Personal injury or property damage
• Missed flights or missed connections
• Government actions or weather events
• Force majeure events

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid directly to Jessica Nielsen Travel for services.

Force Majeure

Jessica Nielsen Travel shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, hurricanes, and floods
• Pandemics and epidemics
• Government actions and labor disputes
• Civil unrest and terrorism
• Transportation failures and severe weather conditions

Intellectual Property

All content on www.jessicantravel.com, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, designs, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Jessica Nielsen Consulting d/b/a Jessica Nielsen Travel and protected by intellectual property laws.
